MHADA Lottery January Update
The registration for MHADA lottery has been started by the Government of Maharashtra. Under this, the last date for registration has been fixed on 11 January. In addition, 53472 citizens’ registrations for 5647 flats have been received by the Pune Division of MHADA Lotteries in Pune, Solapur, Sangli and Kolhapur districts. Apart from this, a total of 5217 flats are present in all these 5647 flats in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad city. The online lottery will be announced on January 22 at Nehru Memorial Hall. Only after this, MHADA beneficiaries will be assisted in arranging loans from banks, so that they will be able to buy flats. When the online lottery is announced by the state government, camps will be organized in the offices of MHADA, the purpose of organizing these camps is to collect the necessary documents from the selected citizens. MHADA Aurangabad Lottery Registration 2022
The registration service for Aurangabad district for the accommodation provided under MHADA Lottery has been started from 18 February 2021. All the interested citizens of Maharashtra state who want to participate in this lottery were required to register themselves on the official website of this lottery by 17th March 2021. To apply under this lottery, it was mandatory for the applicant to pay the registration fee, the last date of which was fixed as 18 March 2021. Even if this registration fee was paid by the applicant through RTGS or NEFT, its last date was 18 March 2021 only. MHADA Lottery Organized for BDD Redevelopment
MHADA Lottery has been started under the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) department with the objective of providing apartments to eligible tenants residing in old structures in Lower Parel of the state. Launched by the state government, this lottery is the much awaited redevelopment of the Bombay Development Directorate chawls. This rehabilitation project of the Maharashtra State Government will be the largest rehabilitation undertaking in the entire country for a total of 272 tenants. Under this lottery of the state government, lottery has been drawn for 5 hectare BDD chawl plot which is located in NM Joshi Marg, Lower Parel. About 2560 residents lived in 32 chawls in this place, under which so far out of 800 tenants living in 10 chawls, about 607 tenants have been recognized as eligible beneficiaries for resettlement.
- The lottery is held at the Draw Housing Board Headquarters Bandra (East), with S Nandgaonkar and Kesarkar being the first winners of the lottery.
- It has been informed by the Chief Minister of the state that the construction will be of high quality and will be completed within the stipulated time, as well as the Bhoomi Pujan of rehabilitation will be done within 15 to 20 days.
- The state government was going to organize this lottery in March 2020 but due to covid-19 it had to be postponed. The lottery draw will be broadcast online on the official website of MHADA.
