According to a police report, a Florida pastor was arrested this week for allegedly having sex with two teenage girls whom he met through his church and kung fu dojo.
Roberson Douge, 42, was booked into the Brevard County Jail on Thursday after alleged victims approached police this week accusing them of violent sexual behavior.
According to police papers, Douz serves as a pastor at the Apostolic Church of Christ, and also owns Tiger Claw Kung Fu Academy in Palm Bay.
Police said one of the girls told her friend she was upset about her relationship with Doug, prompting the other to recount a similar experience with her.
None of the victims have been named because they are both under the age of 18, but one victim told investigators she first met Douz when her family moved to Palm Bay and attended her church in 2019. Done.
The teenager, whose age was not specified, told police that she often spent time with Dougie’s family and that he would engage in sexual activities with her when he took her back home.
The second victim said that she volunteered at his martial arts studio and had relationships at various places inside the location.
One of the teenagers told the police that she told her boyfriend about the relationship and he urged her to contact the police.
The two teens eventually called the police, who set up a controlled call with one of them, with Douz in the middle of the week.
The priest begged the girl not to tell anyone about her misconduct and repeatedly apologized.
Douz now faces 10 counts of sexual battery by a victim between the ages of 12 and 16, and sexual battery by a perpetrator over the age of 24, between the ages of 16 and 17.
