Odisha ASO Selection Process 2022
Candidates will be selected on the basis of two stage selection process conducted by the board. The board will call the candidates for the written test in the first phase and then will invite all the qualified candidates for the skill test.
Written exam
Written test will be conducted for all those candidates who are declared qualified for the recruitment. It will be a test of multiple choice type questions and candidates will have to mark their answers on the OMR sheet.
There will be 03 papers in the written exam. Each paper will be of 100 marks and each of them will have 100 questions. Candidates will get one hour 30 minutes for the first two papers and 02 hours for the third paper.
Note – Candidates will get a surrender of .25 marks for each wrong answer.

skill test
As per the official vacancy notification, the skill test will be of qualifying nature. Candidates have to score 40% marks to pass this exam. The exam will be conducted for the candidates who will qualify the written test. Candidates will get one hour to solve this exam.
