In fact, Black Friday sales offer such great value that customers often line up outside stores during the early morning hours to maximize their purchases and ensure that the items they’re after are sold. does not go
History of Black Friday
While Black Friday has traditionally been associated with a negative connotation, the first official Black Friday took place in 1869, when two business tycoons Jay Gold And James Fisk Tried to take over the gold market, causing widespread panic in the market, resulting in a collapse in the stock market.
Nearly 60 years later, on October 29, 1929, another stock market crash occurred, marking the beginning of the Great Depression.
Black Friday as we know it today only emerged during the 1980s. More recent additions to the holiday weekend include Cyber Monday, Small Business Saturday and Giving Tuesday.
