“It looks like it’s going to happen in China with Taiwan, as you know, and you see what’s happening there.”

Trump also referred to Putin’s speech last week in which he vowed to “use all the means at our disposal to protect Russia and our people.”

“I think we are in the most dangerous time, probably, in many years – maybe ever – because of the power of nuclear,” Trump said.

“To throw around the word, like nuclear, for a major nation that is equal to us on nuclear power, is a very bad time. Very bad time for this country and very bad and very dangerous time for the world.

Trump also agreed with Katsimetidis’ suggestion that Putin would not have invaded Ukraine earlier this year if he were still president.

“I got on very well with him. I talked to him. I understood him,” Trump said of the Russian leader. “He understood me, probably. But I understood him well and he would never have done that.”

Without naming President Biden during a pre-recorded 20-minute interview, Trump spoke about last year’s unsuccessful U.S. withdrawal from afghanistan before launching a series of attacks.

He said, ‘Many things are not understood.

“We don’t know where they are from and many of them come from prisons in other countries,” he said.

“They are prisoners and they are tough, dangerous people.”

The topic of fentanyl came up after Catsimatidis – that helped A record 107,622 fuel overdose deaths In 2021 – Trump said, “I think the numbers are much higher than what has happened.”

“I think it’s 250,000,” he said.

“And that doesn’t include all the families that have been completely destroyed by drug pouring from the southern border.”

Trump Said That “The Only Way To Stop It” [the] Death penalty for drug dealers. ,

“If you look at countries where they have — like China, they have the death penalty — they don’t have a drug problem,” he said.

Trump also said that New York City is “not the same place” because of which it was rising crimeadding that people are “afraid to go to restaurants. Women are afraid to wear jewelry because it will be stolen from their necks.”

“I have a lot of friends who don’t want to go there anymore. And they are leaving New York,” he told Katsimatidis, the billionaire owner of the Gristeds supermarket chain.

“You’re saying you’re one of those people who are living but people are leaving New York in thousands. And you have a lot of wealthy people leaving New York and they pay it to do this job. can do.”

At another point, Trump said he hoped “a time will come when we can be proud instead of just talking about how bad things are.”

“But our country has never been in a worse position than it is now. And just look at the stock market,” he said.

“Ask your listeners to take a good look at their 401Ks, which in some cases are 50% less than they were two years ago. So, you know, it’s really sad to see what’s happening in our country. “

Trump also attacked state Attorney General Letitia James – who last week Filed a $250 million civil fraud lawsuit against her and her three eldest children – called her a “disaster” and blamed her for rising crime across the state.

“She spends years behind me saying, oh, I probably misrepresented Banks, which frankly, I didn’t,” he said.

“And in the meantime, we have killers going down, walking down the street. It’s just awful. It’s a horror show. thats to bad. She doesn’t care about violent crime. She doesn’t care about anything other than trying to use Trump’s name to get elected. ,

James’ office did not immediately return a request for comment.
