One morning in Philadelphia, an armed carjacking involving a mother and her teenage daughter was caught on video, officials said.
The pair were leaving their home at around 6:20 a.m. on Sept. 19 when a carjacker ambushed them, the Philadelphia Police Department said in a video released Monday seeking help in identifying the suspect. .
“It looks like he was lying in wait,” Police Capt. John Ryan told Fox Philadelphia. “He used to ride a bicycle there, leave the bicycle behind, we have that.”
