KCET Counseling 2022
KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) is conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). It is conducted for admission to professional undergraduate courses like Engineering, B-Pharma, Agriculture and Veterinary courses, Yoga and Naturopathy.

KCET counseling is step wise process, candidates who fail to attend or complete the counseling process will not be given admission. The KCET counseling consists of various stages, which are as follows:
- Document verification and registration
- Choice filling and locking
- allotment of seats
- Reporting at the allotted institute
KCET 2022 Document Verification and Registration
All eligible candidates will have to appear at the designated counseling centers for document verification processes. After successful verification of all the required documents, a Unique ID and Password will be provided to the candidates. The following documents are required for the successful document verification process:
- Hardcopy of KCET Application Form
- Hardcopy of KCET Admit Card
- Proof of payment of application fee
- 10th and 12th class marksheet
- 2 passport size photographs
- Study certificate countersigned by the concerned BEO/DDPI
- Category Certificate (if any)

KCET 2022 Choice Filling and Locking
After successful verification of documents, candidates have to login using the given credentials to complete the choice filling process. Candidates have to select the options in the order of their preference. No one will be able to change their choice after locking their choice.
KCET Seat Allotment 2022
There are two rounds of seat allotment process, first is mock allotment round where candidates can check their allotment as per their merit, preference and availability of seats. In the mock round, students are allowed to change their choices. The second is the extended and special round. KCET reporting in allotted institutes
After the successful seat allotment process, candidates will have to appear in the allotted institutes to complete the admission process. The officials of the KEA will soon release the KCET Participating Institutes 2022 List on the official web portal.
