About Betup:
Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education (UPBTE or BTEUP) is the board which provides technical education to the students in Uttar Pradesh, India. It was established in May 1958 as ‘State Board of Technical Education and Training’, in 1962 its name was changed to ‘Board of Technical Education’.
The board offers about 60 courses of duration one year, two years, three years and four years in different subjects. More than 30 trades are offered in Group A, such as Computer Science, IT, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile and Civil. Declaring the Board’s work exam schedules, conducting semester exams and declaring their results. Other functions include affiliated institutions, setting standards for their building and equipment.
