(A) Post: Chief Technology Officer

Requirements:
  • Post Qualification IT experience of minimum 15 years including 5 years at Senior leadership level with expertise mostly in Core Banking Solutions, Alternative Delivery Channels, Application Development, Network & Communication Channels and Data Center Management, Data warehouse/Big Data Analytics, IT Security & Technology Risk Management, Business Continuity Plan.

Selection Process:

  • Stage 1: The candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:10 on the basis of academics/education background, work experience, resume and skillset and related certification.
  • Stage 2: Projects shall be assigned to the short-listed candidates based on their job profile.
  • It will be followed by a screening interview based on their project and other technical know-how related to their job-profile.
  • This will be qualifying in nature. After this stage candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:5 for the next round.
  • Stage 3: The screened candidates will undergo another interview for final selection.’
  • The final appointment will be based on the decision of the Selection Committee constituted for the purpose.

How to Apply:

  • Candidates to go to the NABARD website – www.nabard.org
  • Click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new screen.
  • To register, choose “Click here for New Registration” and enter required details.
  • A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
  • Candidate to note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password.
  • An Email & SMS confirming the Provisional Registration number and Password shall be received by the candidate. 
  • In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he / she can save the data already entered by choosing “SAVE AND NEXT” tab.
  • Visually Impaired candidates should fill the application form carefully and verify/ get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct prior to final submission. 
  • Candidates are hereby instructed to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be entertained thereafter. 
  • The Name of the candidate or his /her Father/ Husband etc. to be spelled correctly in the application 
  • Validate the filled in details and Save the application by clicking the ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save & Next’ button. 
  • Candidates to proceed to upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature detailed under point “C”. 
  • Candidates to proceed to fill other details of the Application Form. 
  • Candidates may click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before final submission. 
  • Modify details click on ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION’ ONLY after verifying and ensuring that the uploaded documents are correct.
