Madhya Pradesh 5 People Lost Their Life Due To Lightning In Chhindwara And Seoni


Madhya Pradesh Weather News: In Madhya Pradesh’s Chhindwara and Seoni districts, five people were killed and four others were injured in a celestial storm today. Officials said that three people died due to lightning in three villages of Chhindwara district during rain. The deceased have been identified as 65-year-old Sumitra Bai, 20-year-old Sushma Kavareti and 30-year-old Santosh Kavareti. He said that in three villages, three people were also reported with burn injuries.

Sky disaster took the lives of five

The injured have been admitted to hospitals in critical condition. Incidents of lightning occurred at different places in both the districts. In Seoni district also two people lost their lives due to lightning. Palari police outpost in-charge Ashish Khobragade has confirmed the death of two people due to lightning at two different places in the district. The deceased have been identified as 30-year-old Tej Singh and 20-year-old Vishal Thakur.

Lightning fell at different places

Both the bodies have been taken to Keolari Community Health Center for post-mortem, he said. Police said that a 30-year-old man has also been injured due to a sky storm falling at another place in Seoni. The injured person has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
