House Of The Dragon: Emilia Clarke, George RR Martin Confirm Jon Snow Sequel

Actor Emilia Clarke and writer George RR Martin have confirmed that a game of Thrones A spin-off series based on Kit Harington’s Jon Snow is being developed at HBO. Last week it was reported that HBO has begun work on a spin-off show that will take place after the events of game of Thrones Harington reprising his role. Clarke, who played Daenerys Targaryen during the original show’s run of eight from 2011 to 2019, told the BBC in an interview that Harington told her about the new series.

“He’s told me about it. And I know it exists. It’s happening. It’s made by Kit as far as I can understand, so he’s in it from the ground up. So you Will be watching, hopefully, if it happens, certified by Kit Harrington,” Clarke said.

However, the actor ruled out the possibility of her return as Daenerys Targaryen in the spin-off.

Martin, whose a song of Ice and Fire The source material for the book series is game of Thronesrevealed that the project’s working title is “Snow” and also stated that it was Harrington “who brought the idea to us”.

The author wrote on his blog, “I can’t tell you the names of the authors/audience, as it hasn’t been approved for release yet…

Martin stated that he is “involved” in the series, similarly to other spin-off shows such as The Hedge Night, The Sea Snake And ten thousand ships,

“The team at Kit has met with me here in Santa Fe and worked with me and my team of talented, talented writers/consultants to grow the show,” Martin wrote.

He added that all four spin-off shows are still in the “script stage” and have yet to be officially flagged off by HBO.

“Nothing’s green yet, and there’s no guarantee that or when it will be … on any of these shows. The chances of all four series airing … Would love but not that it works, usually…. ‘snow’ has been in development about as many as three others, but for whatever reason it was not announced and it never leaked … until now,” he said.

HBO is soon to introduce its first game of Thrones spin-off title dragon houseWhich is to premiere on August 21.
