A homeless woman has been charged with 12-year-old Paris girl murdered, raped and torturedJoe was found stuffed inside a suitcase and had his throat slit – and the numbers 1 and 0 were oddly placed on his chest.
Dahbia Bi, 24, originally from Algeria, was indicted on Monday in connection with the grisly murder of 12-year-old Lola DeWitt, whose mutilated body was found with her arms and legs tied with tape. Mirror told,
Chilling surveillance video from Friday shows the alleged killer and Lola near the building where the victim lived with her parents, Delphine and Johann DeWitt, who reported her disappearance at around 4 p.m. that day.
According to the outlet, Delphine said, “Lola knows you go straight home on Friday as we head to the family village of Bethune, which is a three-hour drive north of Paris.”
The father, who is a caretaker in their building, took care of the city’s 19. I decided to check the footage of my buildingth arrondissement and saw his girl entering the building with a stranger.
On Facebook, Delphine wrote that Lola was “last seen in the company of a girl we don’t know, in our residence.”
Tragically, the decomposed body of the girl was found on Friday night at around 11 pm by a homeless man in several lanes from the family home.
She was tied inside the suitcase and the numbers 1 and 0 were written on her chest.
Witnesses told local media that the suspect entered the building alone and then “half an hour later came out with a large, very heavy suitcase.”
One person said: “She asked everyone to help carry her. She looked a little crazy. At one point she left the suitcase in front of a cafe, she came and went, walked in and out We wondered what was inside her but we would never have thought about the body.
“Then she went to the bakery in front of the cafe to buy a croissant, she came back as if it were nothing, she looked a little shaky,” said the witness.
A law enforcement source said evidence suggests Lola was tortured, raped, strangled and slit in the basement of her building, the Mirror reported.
According to the post-mortem examination, Lola reportedly died of suffocation after the brutal assault.
Local news outlet BFMTV reported that the numbers were “placed” on her body, not drawn or scattered across her skin.
It is not clear what the numbers mean.
“The suspect is believed to be suffering from serious psychological problems. She was living across the street, but had friends and family in the Paris area,” the source reportedly said.
Dahbia was arrested on Saturday from her sister’s house in the northern suburb of Bois-Colombe.
According to BFMTV, a 40-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of helping the alleged killer carry the girl’s body.
