Mobile SET Block through Online Registration Form
- First of all, FIR has to be lodged against the person whose mobile phone is stolen.
- It is mandatory for the FIR to be successful, after that the person has to get another duplicate SIM card of the same number as his previous number.
- After that you have to fill this application form given on ceir.gov.in.
- After that all the documents asked will have to be attached, along with the copy of FIR and an identity proof Aadhar card or voter ID card will also have to be submitted.
- A request ID will be generated after successful form submission.
