Kanye West Thursday called Donald Trump a friend and “my boy” – as the rapper revealed he was “threatened” over his endorsement of the former president.
“The so-called friends-slash-handlers around me told me that if I said I liked Trump that my career would be over, that my life would be over,” said West, who is now a legal first name. As is known, told Fox News’ Tucker Carlson in an extensive interview.
“They said, ‘People get killed for wearing hats like this.’ They’re risking my life. They basically said I’d be killed for wearing a hat,” the “Gold Digger” rapper said.
